It’s very confusing. Especially when the movie begins to digress into what I eventually realized was a flashback. There is no indication that the movies are splitting into or out of one. And it’s just that the images don’t match all the time. So there’s no consistent way of telling whether something should be “now” or “then.” where all the footage was cut together before color correction. And some things that shouldn’t be in the finished film remain because Someone forgot to remove it from the timeline.
